Hi, I would like to upgrade FlexNet Licensing Server from v11.16.2 to v11.16.6. I have downloaded FlexNetLicensingServer11_16_6_0.exe but when I run it, the installation fails with a dialog box saying:
Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.
I don't wish to uninstall the current version as I will lose all the configuration (won't I?) so what is the correct procedure for upgrading the package?
