Update to 2019 version

Hello,

We bought a shield installation license last year, a few days before the 2019 version was released.

and you have confirmed that when the 2019 version is released, we will have the right to update our version

now in our account page we do not find the latest version 2019!

how could we update our version

The new version of InstallShield would be included with the purchase of an InstallShield Maintenance plan. If you have a maintenance plan for InstallShield then I would expect you to have access to InstallShield 2019 in the Product and License Center. 

If you can't see InstallShield 2019 on the New Releases tab in the Product and License Center then you should contact Support and they can work to get InstallShield 2019 in your Product and License Center account.

effectively I can't see InstallShield 2019 on the New Releases tab in the Product and License Center

and I contact support to resolve this
