Update.exe looks for installation source

I am working on a minor upgrade for my Basic MSI project. When I run the Update.exe file, it looks for the original setup CD/DVD. What is it that is causing this behavior and how can I resolve it?

If you create an MSI log file when deploying the minor upgrade, is the reason for the prompt-for-source mentioned?

For some reason I cannot reproduce the problem. I am getting a 1334 error now when I run the update.exe and the error is very strange, it says that it cannot find a file in a certain Cab file! but that file is not supposed to be in that Cab anyway!
