Update Manager is blank
Hi All,
After installing IS 2011 on Windows 7 system the Update Manager GUI is now blank - see attached image. Was fine with IS 2009 installed, nothing else on system was changed. Any suggestions?

Is there a solution for this problem?
I have the same symptoms. Even the About information is mostly blank, so I cannot see the version of Update Manager. All other information is masked, too, so I cannot see which products are related to the Update Manager.
BTW, this is Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with SP1 installed. Software Manager is also installed, associated with latest versions of Nuance products, and seems to work correctly.
