I recently upgraded to Installshield 2010 Express from 2009 Express. When I now try to uninstall 2009 Express from programs and Features under Vista I get the message "Error opening installation log file". The same error occurs if I double click on Installshield 2010 Express under Programs and Features.
Please try using the Windows Installer Cleanup utility to uninstall IS2010 Express, if you are having issues uninstalling it in the normal way (through Programs and Features).
