Uninstall comments in uninstall dialog are overlapped after Windows Defender Window

1. Install my setup package
2. Execute the installed program
3. Keep the program opened, go to Add/Remove Programs and start the uninstallation of my setup package
4. During the uninstallation, a window is popped up saying that my program is opened and I need to close it before completing the uninstallation
5. Close the program and continue with the uninstallation
6. All the further uninstall comments are overlapped in the UI but the unstallation completes successfully

Can I fix this problem with IS 2008 by myself or is there any updates or fixes for this problem ?

I have two question need help:
1) I have the same question with you.
I installed my program success,then let it's running. if I want to remove
the program using add/remove programs, How does let the uninstall steps
can excute myselfe Dialog
2) If the Setup or uninstall conditions were not satisfied, if this occured,
setup or uninstall must inturrupt, but I don't Know how to inturrept
during the setup or uninstall session. I'm very appriate your help. thanks
