Unable to use the properties for dialog condition

Hi,

I have created a new property in the property table as ISVISTAADMINUSER. I setting the value directly to 1. I like to show/hide a control based on the this property. I have specified the condition like

Action: Hide, Condition: ISVISTAADMINUSER = 1
But there is no changes in the control. Please help to sort this one out.
