Unable to open ISM file in InstallShield 2020 R3 SP1

We are getting error while opening *.ism file in IS 2020 R3 SP1. We were able to open the same few days back. We have confirmed that the license is being checked out properly from the license server.
Also, the same file opens without any problem on another system where we have exact same environment.

I have attached the screenshot of the error.

Let me know if anyone can help and any more info is required.
