Unable to Delete shortcuts - if it is pinned to Taskbar or StartMenu

Hi Friends,

While installing the application we are creating a shortcut in Desktop dynamically. And we have a script to remove that shortcut while uninstalling. both the above operations are working fine.

But we are unable to remove the link from startmenu\taskbar when it is pinned to taskbar\startmenu.

I tried the following

DeleteFolderIcon("User Pinned folder","IconName"); and it removes the shortcut from user pinned folder but the link is available in startmenu.

Please let me know how to solve this
