Trouble Downloading .NET 3.5 SP1

I'm working on a Basic MSI install and need to include .NET 3.5 SP1 (32-bit).

However, when I go to the Redistributables view, right-click on the prerequisite, and select Download, it shows a download message, but never finishes.

If I look in C:\Program Files\InstallShield\2009\SetupPrerequisites\Microsoft .net\3.5 SP1\Full, I see dotnetfx35.exe, but no Helper.exe like there is in other .NET folders. In fact, when I build the release, it gives an error that says that it can't copy the Helper.exe file to the release folder. Makes sense, it wasn't downloaded.

I have even rebooted my machine and started fresh, but still unable to install it and have IS recognize that it's been downloaded.

Any ideas?

Well, I just noticed that it now says that .NET 3.5 SP1 has been downloaded.

Funny, it took over an hour to download it (on DSL), but now that I look, it's a 235 MB file, so that makes sense.

So, no problems here anymore. False alarm.
