Transfer Installshield License to another PC equipment

I have some trouble in the equipment which has installed the Instalshield license. I want to tranfer the license to a new equipment, What should I do?

for this you have to first submit your key to flexera and then uninstall and then install in other mechine and then request your Key from flexera and configure with the key you got
