The "Publisher" is not updated when updating.(InstallShield 2018)

Hi,
The change of company name necessitated a change in the issuer of the application.It is available in 16 languages.
(Japanese, English, German, Chinese, French, etc.)
 
Changes(String key is "COMPANY_NAME")
  - Japanese :日本株式会社  ->  東京株式会社
  - Other : Japan Corporation -> Tokyo Corporation
 
The "Publisher"  is not updated only in Japanese. It will be changed for the other 15 languages.

Why does this happen?

I have tried deleting "registry keys" but that doesn't solve the problem.
If you know of a solution, please let me know.
