The product is getting installed though we click cancel.
This is because I have 36 CAs which are running after InstallFinalize. This gives a lot of time to the user to Cancel the installation after InstallFinalize.
We can not keep these before InstallFinalize as these are very old and making those deffered is like creating the whole installation again as we are using a lot of properties in these so getting the value of properties will also be difficult task to perform.
So I want to disable the Cancel button when we cross the InstallFinalize, but not for full Installation.
Is it possible? if yes then how to do it.
OR PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANY OTHER REASON IS THERE.

As you've seen, one of the serious drawbacks to custom actions that change the system after InstallFinalize is that they won't be included in the rollback script. Ideally you would be able to move the actions to deferred mode before InstallFinalize...
As for the cosmetic issue of the Cancel button, perhaps see this old newsletter tip (PDF): http://www.flexerasoftware.com/webdocuments/PDF/disable.pdf.
