Hello!
I'm installing InstallShield 2009 Premier on my new PC. Previously it was uninstalled from my old PC, but there was some kind of DNS error on our router, so the InstallShield deactivation process failed and now I can't activate IS on my new PC.
I'm already sended three e-mails (two on activationteam@flexerasoftware.com and one on installshieldsupport@installshield.com). There is no any answer yet (three days passed from the first letter). Is I'm using the right e-mail adresses? What information needed for activation reset?
Any help would be appreciated!
Alexey.

You need to finish deactivation on your old machine.
The better way is contact with Flexerasoftware's support. please see http://support.flexerasoftware.com/main/Contact.aspx
