Supported Language in InstallShield 2008 (premier)

Hi

Does InstallShield 2008 (premier) support the language about Parsi (Iran), Arabic ( KSA ), Vietnamese ( Vietnam ) and Herbrew ( Israel )?

Does InstallShield 2008 (premier) support the language that the InstallShield 12 (premier) does not support?

Could anyone teach me how to add another language which are not supported in InstallScript Project in InstallShield 12 (premeir)?
Such as Arabic ( KSA ), Farsi ( Iran ), Vietnamese ( Vietnam ), and
Hebrew ( Israel ).
