Yes, files in SUPPORTDIR should be available during uninstallation.

You can use an installscript CA that calls

LaunchAppAndWait( SUPPORTDIR^ )

Place this CA immediately after the InstallInitialize Action (Install sequence).
Execution type of the CA: Immediate Execution.

Hi Heiner,

InstallInitialize is after RemoveExistingProduct, it meant that we've finished uninstalling the old product already. I need to use the support files before uninstall.
