Still says Evaluation version after registered
I had IS 2012 Prof installed and registered on one of my machines. We got a new machine so I returned the license through the product on the old machine, then installed IS 2012 Prof on the new machine and entered the license key.
If I go into Help| About Installshield, I can see the license key is there. However, when I do a build and my QA department loads it, they still get the message saying the install was built with an evaluation copy of the software.
How do I get this message to go away?
I don't know if this is relevent, but my company was just acquired by another company and we changed our company name with Installshield, but the Help | About Installshield screen still has my old company name. Could this be the reason why it thinks it's still an evaluation?

I opened a support call and the support specialist referred me to the following community post:

Apparently it has been a "known problem" for 5 years now!
