Startup of IS2018

Hello all,

does someone know, why the startup of IS2018 takes about 30 seconds?

On my computer 2018 takes about 6 seconds and 2016 takes about 4 seconds. That is just the launch without loading any project on launch.

Hi Johannes John,

One other reason could be you may have overloaded with your recent projects list which will be saved at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\InstallShield\24.0\Professional\Recent File List.Try clearing this which can speed up launch time
