Standalone Build not available for download

It seems that after Macrovision site makeover the Standalone Build is no longer available for download. It isn't also visible in my update manager. How can I obtain the Standalone Build for my Premier edition of IS 2008?

If you have the Premier Edition of InstallShield 2008, I think you can download it through FLEXnet Connect/Update Service (the Tools > Check for Updates functionality). If that doesn't work, KB article Q113236 might be of use.
