Splash Dialog No Longer Appears

I recently upgraded to InstallShield 12 and migrated my InstallShield 11 InstallScript project successfully with no errors.

But when I run the setup file (.exe) the splash dialog (setup.bmp) no longer appears and the "Preparing Setup" dialog shows for a longer time.

Are there any suggestions for fixing this?

As a test, does it work if you create a new release in the Release Wizard?

I tested creating a new release but had the same result, no splash dialog shown.
