I have an .ism file that has worked in the past. I recently upgraded to a new computer (from Windows 7 to Windows 10). Since that upgrade, I cannot get the Source computer's files window (under Application Data->Files and Folders) to expand my 😧 drive. The C: drive will expand and show my files. No such luck with my 😧 drive.
The message states that InstallShield Authoring Tool is not responding.
Any idea why the : rive won't work while the C: drive will?
