Software required for installation

Hi,

I want to check whether .net 3.0 is already installed in the system or not.

For that i have created a custom software condition in which i am setting the registry key of the .net 3.0 .

And select that condition in the Application Information page.

but the condiation always fail and the application never insatlled. whether the .net framework 3.0 is already in the syatem or not.

What to do?
i am using Basic MSI project type

You will want to generate and analyze verbose installation log for clues.
