Simple custom dialog

Hi,

Can someone please point me to an example for the following:

Populate a control (let's say a list box) located on a custom dialog.

Assume the custom dialog is immediately after the license agreement dialog.

I tried using the ScriptSamples which tries to populate a combo box but that does not seem to be a working sample.
