Silent Install

I am running the pretesting for Window Vista Certification. I have created a Basic MSI project for my application. When I try and do a silent install, I am getting an error 1925 that I do not have sufficient rights to install the software for all users. I have tried the installation as the Admin user, and the Logo Admin user that is created as part of the tests, and I get the same error for both users.

I didn't realize that even if I am logged in as an Administrator account, you have to run the command window as adminstrator to allow the silent install to work. Once I did this, my silent install worked as expected.
