Shortcuts

Hello,

I have a setup package that does the file copying using XCopy in the script.
Is there any way I can create the shortcuts via the designer without having to add the files to the setup?

I need to place a shortcut on the desktop as well as several in the Start Menu.
If I can do it in designer, it would be great.
