Setup.exe - Get error in log: Launch result 1, exit code -1073741819

Hi

I’m using Basic MSI project created on InstallShield 2022 R1

Few users have issues when running Setup.exe (that should install the setup prerequisite) on Win11 OS
When I debug Setup.exe using Setup.exe /debuglog I see this in the log:
Launch result 1, exit code -1073741819

Any idea what can cause this error ?
