Setup Prerequisite for .NET Compact Framework 3.5 Always Fails

I have an InstallScript MSI project where I have created a Setup Prerequisite for the .NET Compact Framework 3.5. When the application is launched, the prerequisite installs correctly, however the status for the setup prerequisite indicates that it has failed. If I take that same msi file and run it from a command prompt, it installs without issue. Why does InstallShield always report the status of this component as failed?

I found the problem, I made a typo in the path for the registry key entry for this component
