Setting properties of setup.exe
I do have one InstallScript MSI project and two InstallScript projects.
In the generated setup.exe of the InstallScript MSI project, the properties of the project are taken over to the setup.exe's properties (Company, File Version, Product Name and Product Version).
In the generated setup.exe of the InstallScript projects, the properties do seem to keep default settings:
Company: Macrovision Corporation
File Version: 14.0.162
Product Name: InstallShield
Product Version: 14.0
Is there any way to set these properties also in InstallScript projects?

Find a good "resource editor" (you can use a trial version) then open your setup.exe, there you can modify icons, property, default text etc.
