Set .exe to Run As Administrator

Is there any way to set a file to Run As Administrator which would be like checking the option on an .exe's Compatibility tab in Properties?

I was just wondering if there was an option somewhere in the IDE to do this or if something needs to be written for a Custom Action to do the lifting.

I think you'd want to create a manifest for your application file. The following MSDN page has more information:
