Service is not being uninstalled on an upgrade
The previous Installer used is IS12.
The current Installer is 2010.
I can do a fresh install and the service is installed correctly. When I uninstall it is removed correctly.
When doing an upgrade the service installs correctly, but when I uninstall the service is still running.
This part of the log file is MISSING on the upgraded uninstall.
MSI (s) (E8:58) [09:49:06:473]: Executing op: ActionStart(Name=StopServices,Description=Stopping services,Template=Service: [1])
MSI (s) (E8:58) [09:49:06:473]: Executing op: ProgressTotal(Total=2,Type=1,ByteEquivalent=1300000)
MSI (s) (E8:58) [09:49:06:473]: Executing op: ServiceControl(,Name=Integrated_Poller,Action=2,Wait=1,)
MSI (s) (E8:58) [09:49:08:614]: Executing op: ActionStart(Name=DeleteServices,Description=Deleting services,Template=Service: [1])
MSI (s) (E8:58) [09:49:08:614]: Executing op: ProgressTotal(Total=2,Type=1,ByteEquivalent=1300000)
MSI (s) (E8:58) [09:49:08:614]: Executing op: ServiceControl(,Name=Integrated_Poller,Action=8,Wait=1,)
Any idea's why?

If you perform a manual action on that service does it get stopped? Any dependancy service is there for the service which you would like to stop?

Yeah, I can manually stop and start the service just fine. The other thing I find interesting is that I created a newer version of the installer and that one did correctly upgrade. So it appears to only be upgrading this one time.
