Serial Number for Installshield LE (VS2010) never received

I have registered Installshield LE for VS 2010, but I have never received a serial number. How do I go about getting one?

I have the same problem,

I try many times but the Activate E-Mail give me only :
Username: $USERNAME$
Password: $PASSWORD$

Someone has an idee ??

Sorry to be a "me too", but I've the same problem - an email with $Username$ and $Password$.

Stumped.

Update: Noticed in the email it says $CURRENTYEAR$ as well, so obviously a problem with the script or program that generates the emails. 😞

Fed up of waiting so dig a bit of digging. Here's how to get your serial number :

1 - Run ISLE from VS by creating a new ISLE project.
2 - It'll ask if you want to enter your serial. Say yes.
3 - Type in anything then wait. When the dialog pops up, click you want to register online.
4 - Fill in the form again.
5 - Once it's submitted, you'll get to a thank-you page. Right click the page and select 'properties' (in IE, at least). The page address you see should look like this :

http://mktg.flexerasoftware.com/mk/get/is2010le-thankyou?sn=36840QW-D1C-A0XXXXXXXX

Your serial number is the querystring value 'sn' (so 36840QW etc)

Wait a few minutes and go back to the activation code dialog. Type in your serial number and voila - all sorted!

No probs - yes, that was a bit strange as I also got a valid email this time around. I did email them earlier on so whether that prompted them to sort it I don't know - but at least it' working now 🙂

A quick test seems to indicate that this is working now. Can you try to register again? It should be working now.
