Select Repair button in MaintenanceType by default

I have removed Modify button from MaintenaceType dialog and want to select repair Radio button by default when dialog appear. Because if user proceed to next without selecting any radio botton it throws
"Error-2878.On the dialog Maintenace Type the control RadioGroup has a possible value;Remove.Ths is an invalid or duplicate value."

I have also deleted the Modify argument from the Next behaviour of Maintenance Type.

In the Property Manager view, perhaps find the _IsMaintenance property and set its value to "Reinstall" (no quotation marks).
