Another version of this product is already installed

When installing the last package of my setup I get a message "Another version of this product is already installed", and the setup doesn't continue. This while the package code has changed, the version has been changed AND the product code has been changed. What causes this behaviour? Previously the package did install with those settings. Why not now? Is there anything I could have overlooked????

I'm assuming this is an MSI project... Did you author an item in the Upgrade table?

It is an MSI project. I did not change anything in the upgrade table (at least nothing that I am aware of).
