SQL Server CE Requirements Support

I could not find the ability to add a requirement for SQL Server CE. Does Install Shield 2010 Express have the ability to add it?

I saw this but I could not find anything else.

I do not want to do a Private File–Based Deployment located here. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa983326.aspx

I want Windows Update to take care of the updates for me.

Found the solution. Go to Specify Application Data and then go to Redistributables and check Microsoft SQL CE 3.5 SP2
