How to show hyperlink in Basic MSI project?

I am using Installshield 2010 professional version. I would like to know if it is possible to show hyperlink of file in basic MSI project?

Thanks a lot. It works for Win 7. But I am getting error on XP.
is there a way through which hyperlink can come on windows versions prior to win 7?
