SQL Server 2022 as a prerequisite/redistributable in InstallShield 2021

Is there any way to get InstallShield 2021 to recognize SQL Server 2022 as a prerequisite/redistributable?  I recognize that InstallShield 2021 is older than SQL Server 2022, but I'm hoping that I can use InstallShield 2021 (because it still supports .ism files) to build an installer that will install SQL Server 2022 Express Edition.

[and sorry in advance if this is a nube question, but I am a nube, InstallShield is not my area of competency].
