SQL Server 2008 Native Client
What is the best/preferred way of installing just the SQL Server native client?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I would recommned that you will create your own setup prerequisite for SQL Native Client.

I can't imagine that I'm the first to ask for this. How come there isn't one already built into Installshield?

I downloaded these and ran them but I'm having an issue. I ran the installer on my Windows 7 x64 machine and it keeps wanting to install the x32/x86 version, which fails to run.
Why does the installer insist on running the x32/x86 installer over the x64? I did this with my own custom .prq as well but still got me the same problem.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
