SQL 2012 Database not working after installation

It looks like the SQL 2012 Files for Windows 8 are not included in the Install-Shield
setup file. How can I fix this ?

at this moment this prerequisite is not included. If you have premier or professional version of InstallShield you can create your own prerequisite for windows 8. we might have to wait for some time so see this.
