Running third party setupos after a restart.

After installing our software I need to call two third party setups to install a library and a driver, however between installing the library and installing the driver I need to restart windows. What is the best way to automate these steps so that our setup program can make the second setup for the device driver launch after the system has been restarted?

Have you tried copying the driver setup to a temp directory and setting a "RunOnce" registry entry to start it when the machine boots?
