Run As Administrator UAC on a Shortcut link
Currently using AdminStudio with Installshield 2010. We have an application that I have packaged but we need to change the properties of a shortcut that when installed and launched requires administrative UAC. We need to turn this off so standard domain users can launch this. Is it possible to change this? I've looked without success and i'm new to the product so any simple guides would be gratefully received.
Cheers everyone.

Is there a setting in the shortcut itself that does this? I would assume not.
Try asking your developers to change the execution level of the exe so that it does not require admin rights to use it.
