Robert Dickau sp? Please help!
We are currently using IS 2008 and our uprgrade process was lame all along. We never updated the internal versions, we have always used a new product code. We want to break the cycle. Staring now, we want to use the Major Minor upgrade features built in. We consider a small upgrade, DLL updates and DB scripts to be executed? Is this incorrect? What is the best way for us to proceed?
Thx
Jason

Hi, Jason,
To get back on an even keel, perhaps create a major upgrade that brings all of these different product codes up to date, and go from there? The sticky posts at the top of this forum have links to white papers about designing upgrades, InstallShield's upgrade validation helps, and the help library and inline text in the Upgrades view have more information...
