Return License via Offlina way - Installshield

Hi,

two days ago I tried to return the license as we are migrating to a new machine.

I decided to return through offline activation and send a mail with the generate text from Installshiel to 'offlineactivations@installshield.com'. I didnt receive any response. On Monday we need Installshield on the new machine. And it seems that there is no way to return license online.

Is there any contact of support to speed up the whole process?
