Return License error

Hi Support,

 

We want to move the InstallShield 2020 R3 from one computer to another, when we click the Return License button from the About form, it popups an error says: 

Error 0 - Returning Fulfillment ID 185507427 was denied by the Activation Server: The maximum number of returns is reached, contact your product vendor if you need help..

 

Could you help us to solve the problem?

It looks like you have reached maximum returned allowed, So Please reach out to the support team who will be able to help you with this activation issue - you can contact them directly via phone using number provided at this link: they will help you to solve this quickly.
