Repair is removing files in installscript project

Hi,

I have installed my product which is developed in install script project.
After installation, if i want to do repair through add/remove entry, it is removing all the files whichever are installed previously.
This is not happening if i do repair through my setup.exe.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

In case repair please do check if which funtioned is beened called. Its should be FeatureReinstall() for repair mode.
