Remove prerequisties installed during uninstallation
Hi,
We have third party tools that are used by the software. We are using Basic MSI project. The third party tools are installed as pre-requisities during installation. The installation progresses smoothly and both - the third party tools and the software work correctly.
Now, when we try to uninstall the software by selecting the 'Remove' option. The software is removed but the third party tools are NOT removed.
Is there a way to remove the third party tools during un-installation?
Thanks & Regards,
SMahajan

If the prerequisites are MSI files and you can requires Windows Installer 4.5, you could look into MSI Chaining (I think that's in IS 2009, but it's been a while). If they're not MSI files, we don't have any good support for it yet, but keep an eye out for our next release.
