Remove files in patch created using patch design
I have created a patch using Patch design. After creation of patch, installshield mentions a warning that the patch has been created as a minor upgrade. There are only 3 files which are changing in the latest msi which should total to less than 1 MB. But since the patch is a minor upgrade the size is more than 15 MB.
Is it possible to remove the files and create a patch the way I need in Patch design? I know i can achieve the same using Quick Patch, but cannot use it.

The patch should include only the changed files; if you used dynamic file linking, for example, you'll want to use the Previous Package setting in the Release Wizard to make sure the File-table and other keys match up between the earlier and later versions.
The patch-creation log should also help explain what files it thinks are different or why it includes files you think shouldn't be there.
