Remove Path variable

I have a path variable that is not used anymore. How can i remove this one from Path variable list?

you cannot edit a predefined path variable. you can only edit variables created by you.
Go to the Installation Designer View. Go to the Media node of the tree view. You will find the Path Variables element there. You can edit all variables created by you.

But you can, of course, write a script function that removes a variable from the path registry value.
