How can I combine several installs into one?

We have several older installation packages, each with their own upgrade codes. We now have a new product that combines all of their functionality into one. We would like to be able to run one major upgrade and, in the one fell swoop, uninstall all of these products and install the one new one.

How do I do this?

I have tried using the Upgrade table but it seems to catch just one of them, leaving the rest with entries in the Add/Remove(Programs and Features) list.

Hi There,

The Major Upgrade functionality should be able to uninstall any number of "related" MSI packages.

I would recommend blanking out the "VersionMin" and "VersionMax" fields for the upgrade items.
