Registry entries not removed on uninstall

I have a number of registry keys set in OnFirstUIAfter() that depend on user input. Under IS 11.5 they would get removed automatically on uninstallation, but they don't any more.

What do I have to do to make these disappear?

Adding Enable(LOGGING) to the beginning of OnFirstUIAfter() doesn't help either.

Looks like the logging system is broken in IS2009.
