Registry entries not getting removed on uninstall
I just created a new IS MSI project with IS 2009, I have a couple registry entries and they are not getting removed after uninstall.
I wonder if anybody can give a few pointers on what and where to look for.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Just check if you have Disabled LOGGING while creating those entries; in that case, they will not get removed.

Logging is enabled or disabled in your InstallScript. (I'm not sure from your post if your project is a pure MSI or and InstallScript MSI.)
Have you tried logging the uninstall to see if the log gives you any clues?

I am using a basic "MSI" project and I do not know how to turn on the logging for the uninstall.

Do you use table or custom action to create the registry?
If you use CA to create registry, you should use another custom action to remove registry.

Thank you for reply, i do not use custom actions to create the registry entries. I use the "IS" registry tool to copy the registry entries from my registry to the lower window ( user machine ).
I never had this problem with my old version IS 2008 this is something I do not understand what has changed?
thanks again for all your help.
